ODBC excel on Windows 7 - 64bit

1. 32 bit version: C:\Windows\System32\odbcad32.exe is what is default (Bad Microsoft)
2. 64 bit version: c:\windows\sysWOW64\odbcad32.exe We need to use

The corresponding .dll file would be

1. 32 bit: c:\windows\sysWOW64\odbc32.dll
2. 64 bit: c:\windows\sysWOW64\odbccp32.dll
